In 1.16 plus you can use datapacks to alter worldgen but no way to add blocks a mod like crafty would be useful for this even if a player needs a mod I know it not for this mod

No. And besides, Adorn isn't the place to ask about that. You can add custom content with Kotlin or Java code.
