Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the server admin to be able to "differently reset" the dimension, but to also have the dimension generate differently, so that players can't exploit the reset function (ie. mining the areas that have good loot then reset and repeat)

This would allow players the freedom to
A) mine to their heart's content,
B) make temporary quarries

The server admin would somehow have access to the reset option via the portal block.

I'm sorry, but as far as I know, every dimension uses the same seed, so deleting the world by hand or programmatically wouldn't change the generation.
