Smithing template doesn't work, and only goes from diamond to netherite and not netherite to higher tiers

Describe the bug
Theres no way to template to upgrade my armor or weapons which are netherite to other forms of netherite
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
Expected behavior
I was expecting there to be a template that allowed me to upgrade from netherite to the ones that this mod has listed
Technical Information (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft-version: 1.21.8
- ModLoader-version: Fabric loader
- Mod-version: 2.3.0-1.21.8
You need the Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template from vanilla for this (as can be seen on this page of the wiki). Please provide screenshots if the recipes displayed on the wiki do not work.
