Description of the problem

Setup an oxygen vent with 2 C02 scrubbers in a space station. Not entirely sure what causes it seems to be random on our server. But it's always caused by that block.

Why is this important?
If we cannot reproduce the problem, we probably cannot fix it at all.]

This issue is stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Is this still an issue? If yes please comment that it still is.
