Description of the problem

Whenever I try to play, these lag spikes keep occuring in a timespan of almost 5 seconds. Yes I have a lot of mods, but this only started happening today and only when I add this mod, before I was able to play with the same amount of mods and even with shaders, I tried everything possible to lighten a bit the machine (cleared cache, junk files, closed useless apps).
