Description of the problem
Before I start I want to say that it happens on server, I didn't test it on singleplayer. Basically place an Oxygen Vent and give it redstone, oxygen and power supply. Then turn it on and leave the server for a while. Then come back and if you have analyzer then you can see that its stuck between vacuum 1.0 and pressurized.
