Description of the problem

when laserDrillPlanet is disabled, the laser works as intended. However, when laserDrillPlanet is true, the laser does not work at all. No power is consumed, no resources appear, and nothing happens when Reset is clicked, as if EnableLaserDrill was the one changed.

Can be reproduced by building a laser with laserDrillPlanet true, in which case the laser won't work
