Describe the bug
Does not work on blocks with larger than 16 metadata.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- add some block like 1524:4624
- not work
I set up an oredict for rutile, it works on xxx:5 but not xxx:1451 (fake numbers but one is less than 16 one is large.)
same case for a few others, i think all metadata larger than 16 is not supported. i am not sure if it is a lagecy problem since 1710 is quite old

- Minecraft Version: 1.7.10
- XRay Mod Version: [eg: 1.5.0]
- Mod Pack tfru, in this case to work with gt6.
