Describe the bug
Every time I enter my world and start mining ore blocks (e.g. copper, iron), the game will randomly crash back to the desktop without warning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch Minecraft 1.21.8 using NeoForge with the mods shown in the attached screenshot.
Load a single-player world.
Locate and begin mining any ore vein.
After mining a few blocks, the game crashes.
Expected behavior
I should be able to mine ore blocks normally without the game crashing.

Additional context
A full crash report (.txt from crash-reports/) has been attached. The crashes seem to occur only when breaking ore blocks and are reproducible across different worlds and locations.

Thanks for this, I should have resolved this just now. It's currently releasing. Please test our 21.6.3 and let me know if this is solved.

Please also note that 21.8.2/3 is recommended for minecraft 1.21.8+
