Can't add an specific item

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. try to add ancien debris
2. search for it, it wont stay added or highlighted

Expected behavior
ancient debris showing xrays

Minecraft Enviorment

• Minecraft Version: 1.19.1
• XRay Mod Version: 2.13.0 build .15
• fear of the nightfall 17.5hf
• Forge Version 43.4.4
