Xray Shows Ores Only on Arleady Loaded Chunks It not Loading or Shows to new Chunks

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. step one Add New Block to Find Any Block
2. step two No Ore's Shown on New Chunks

Expected behavior
Need to See Ores or Blocks but not shown
