Describe the bug
The outline color is affected when underwater.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on the mod
  2. Observe colors before entering water
  3. Observe colors after entering water

Expected behavior
The outline color should not be affected by being underwater.
