Describe the solution you'd like
Have prebuilt tabs and filters for easy editing and creation. Packaging them in a templates.json file in resources would allow for easy changing and copying.

Putting them in the relatively empty create new chat tab and create new chat filter tabs with a drop down would be the perfect spot to put them.
