add support for 1.19.4

How this error even possible? Signature of disableDefaultDraw is changed in pull request, but logs look like it doesn't.
Looks like it was builded with settings for 1.19.3 from Versionsfile. In 1.19.4 file ised cloth-config 10.0.96 insted of 7.0.73, which is in log.
Should use mcversion-1.19.4.properties from this commit gbl/Versionfiles@76b40dc
