Feature Request: Make tanks and sleeping bag an optional addon.

I like the tanks but sometimes I don't really like how they look and clip with the arms. It would be nice if you could add these on optionally after the fact.

You can have only backpacks with the BetterStorage mod. These bad boys have tanks.
