Adventurer's Toolbox removes recipes of vanilla tools and overrides them with its own ones. BUT if you install such mod as Quality Tools all recipes with vanilla tools are getting broken. Quality Tools adds an array to every tool's NBT root and AT tools with excess NBT tags can't be used in crafting.
