ME Chemical Storage Cells not working with Overflow Desctruction Card

After some trying around, only the Chemical Storage Cells are not accepting Overflow Destruction Card, others aswell.
The Applied Mekanistics Cells are accepting them.
The ME Fluid Storage Cells are accepting them too.
