So basically, the gas interface only outputs certain slots to certain sides when the pipe(enderio or mekanism) tries to draw from it.

However, onTick we actively try to export every gas in the slots to a side if that side contains a gas conduit(because gas conduits can have filters, whereas mekanism pipes cannot).

Upgrades on gas conduits have no effect when the gas conduit is connected to a side that either is not active or the filtered gas is not on.
