Mekanism Reactor creating Waste shouldnt be able to be stored on AE Disks, this defeats the purpose of storing the waste in waste barrels and makes the whole handling with nuclear waste trivial

This is fair. I'll add a new config option to allow you to blacklist certain types, with nuclear waste being in there by default
