Adds a block that Auto Requests items that have a Pattern and its patterns

Reasons why it should be considered
It allows for Better and easier automation of auto crafting as it allows
The Ability to have the me system keep stock of an Item without needing to use redstone
allows ME systems to auto stock items that are made in the molecular assembler not just external crafting

Additional Context
There is a mod that does this but its only for versions 1.18.2+
