Fluids not recognised by Pattern Terminal(s) and Pattern Encoding Issues

My Fluid Terminal on my AE2 System can see stored fluids however the Fluid Pattern Terminals Cannot see those same Fluids?
[I can send a screenshot if that would help]
Wen I am trying to Encode patterns by grabbing the Fluids from JEI I can get the "Required Fluids" into the "Expected Inputs" when Encoding the pattern however I cannot get it to accept fluids as an Ouptut (as JEI automatically puts the fluids into a bucket)?
If I use the "Default Encode Pattern" (provided by AE2) it will recognise the fluids as drops of fluid (1000mb of "Fluid" = 1000 drop of "Fluid")?
You probably need a fluid discretizer, just learned this myself while trying to solve the same thing. Just stick it somewhere in your network. It converts between the fluids and the drops at 1mb to 1 drop in the different terminals views. In the fluid pattern terminal, just use the fluids to do the patterns then, not the drops.
Hope that helps.
