Reproduction

1. Add two equivalent items, but with different NBTs, to ME system. I used Pulverizer from Thermal Series (one without NBT, the other with upgrades inside).
2. Install Fuzzy Card inside Export Card
3. Configure Export Card to export Pulverizer into any player inventory slot.
4. After Export Card extracts first matching item, it will nuke all other matching items with different NBT.

Video reproduction

I had 32 Pulverizer with NBT inside, and 1 Pulverizer without NBT. After Export Card exported 32 Pulverizers, it nuked that 1 Pulverizer without NBT. Note that it will nuke any number of matching items.
