UI that shows ME Interface's contents of pattern tab - small icons of result product while not looking directly on an Interface, and bigger ones otherwise.

This will probably be a pain in the rear to get right, but i'll look into it.

I'm closing this issue as part of a spring cleaning of my issue trackers from old stuff.

If you believe it's a bug that is still relevant in Minecraft 1.12 - Feel free to reopen it.
