As title states, i tried putting Dimension card into the WAP and also the Wireless Terminal and it doesnt work across dimensions.
WAP says inf range and it works just fine in the overworld but not in any other dimensions modded or not. Never used this mod, may be user error, but i cant see anything obviously wrong with it.

Edit: I just realized, it doesnt work in overworld either, i have a dimension card in WAP and in wireless terminal aswell

Fixed: chunk loading was the issue, dimension card goes into WAP, and force load the chunk using journeymap, if anyone has the same issue
