Hugo had detailed plans and implementation for aercloud deposits on 1.12, I want to rework green and gold aercloud's functions though which may change our plans for that

• cold aercloud
• blue aercloud
• purple aercloud
• gold aercloud (Aether 1 parity)
• green aercloud (potentially inherit the downward force feature from old gold aercloud functionality in Aether II)
• storm aercloud
