Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a gravitite tool.
2. Grab a block with its ability.
3. Put the block inside an End portal.

What You Expect To Happen

I expected the floating block to either get teleported into the other dimension or get placed above the portal.

What Actually Happened

The block replaced one of the 9 portals blocks.
