Multiple mobs try to (and often succeed) in spawning in the same XYZ with the same UUID at once

makes doubles of mobs in certain locations, so far i've only seen it with glitterwings and edison. Before adding sponge, the server console would say something like what appears in this log -Unavailable URL-

Solved in commits e115fce ; 007efb7 and e4b7ca69

I am opening again this issue because seem happening again with Edison only.
