Relogging causes issues with various capabilities.

- If the player has a swet attached to them and the player logs out, when they log back in and the swet detaches it will phase through the world. The overlay also doesn't display after relogging.
- Aerbunnies disappear when the player relogs.
- Aether Effects don't stay on entities or the player after relog.
