What happened?

Throwing the Spear of the Blight at an entity doesn't hit; it just bypasses the entity. Also, the Loyalty enchantment doesn’t work properly either, making this item almost completely pointless.

What was the expected result?

Throwing Spear of the Blight should hit entity, and loyalty enchant does work like trident too.

Steps to Reproduce

Throw it to entity.
Enchant loyalty and throw.

note:
I also removed all of other modes and it has same result for some reason. (expect required)
