Describe the bug
Spikespring will not spawn with a snowy state when it spawns on snow

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Frosted Forest
2. Look for a Frostbud that has generated on snow
3. See that it does not use its snowy texture variant until updated/re-placed

Expected behavior
The Frostbud would use its snowy variant

Also affects Vallyx flowers.
