Is This Bug a Conflict With Another Mod?

The animation mod mentioned in the title works with all other kinds of animation mods, however glitches with this one.

Steps to Reproduce

The bug I am mentioning is a light visual problem in which the gloves keep overlapping with the default animation rather than being welded to the arms correctly. I will provide a video to show the animation inconsistency.
As for to reproducing, it's as simple as getting the 2 correct versions of the mods and launching the game.

What You Expect To Happen

Glove should be welded to the hand/arm.

What Actually Happened

Animation doesn't align, atleast for the right hand.
