Allow aeroclouds to be used on Create contraptions.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Aeroclouds can already be moved by vanilla pistons, allowing aeroclouds on contraption may open up some possibilities. They don't have to work in a contraption state, just allow them to be moved with contraptions.
