i cant use spells like Arrow rain and stuff but i can use thunder javelin and stuff is the problem on me?

No, you have to press shift too to cast spells if your held item has a use action like bows. It's explained in the guide book.

Also, some spells like arrow related ones require ranged weapons like bows. And those weapons need to have age of exile stats.
