Quick description of the exploit:
One can analyze clipplings of plants in the seed analyser and get an analysed seed in return, thus giving clipplings a 100% chance of being replanted.

Other mods are present, but they don't change this mechanic while disabled, so I won't list them. It can be replicated with only agricraft, and with all vanilla crops as well as modded crops.

Steps to replicate the issue

1. Grow any crop on crop sticks
2. Use clipper on the crop to get a clippling
3. Analyse the clippling in the Seed Analyzer
4. The result is a seed, plant it. 100% success planting of clipplings achieved!

Expectations and Explanations
Seed Analyzers should either not analyze clipplings at all, or return Analyzed Clipplings (thus with a chance of NOT being replanted).
