Mystical Agriculture compatibility seems to not entirely work for me, hows the development of it going?
Submitted a PR for Pedestals (Mowmaster/Pedestals#135), I have the compatibility code ready for AgriCraft as soon as it's deployed.
Doesn't seem like full industrial foregoing support was added. Hydroponic beds don't work with agricraft seeds.
Is compatibility with farmer's delight knife harvesting possible? Grassy type crops like wheat will drop straw if harvested with a farmer's delight knife normally, but this behavior doesn't extend to agricraft wheat.
Could you add Botania compatibility as well (harvesting plants with the horn/drum of the wild) ?

Cyclic is not currently possible, a PR has been submitted to enable compatibility: Lothrazar/Cyclic#1830
Straw Golems is not currently possible, a PR has been submitted to enable compatibility: t2pellet/strawgolem#37
Wrong trhead for that, but yes, that is supported: #1292
