Crash with Avatar 2: Out of the Iceberg installed

So I was going to play with the avatar mod with my friends but for some reason, it kept crashing over and over so I tried removing all the mods I had except the avatar mod but it kept crashing, and to be honest with you I don't know why it keeps happening I mean its fine for my friends but for me it just crashes
