I can't seem to grow it where in a previous version it was growing fine, is there special requirement for it like netherrack under the soul sand, or specific light levels or lack of irrigation?

Having the same issue, cannot grow nether wart. The problem is that it also prevents regular netherwart from growing on soul sand without AgriCraft crops. This makes it extremely hard to get Netherwart in Modern Skyblock 3, requiring extensive life infusion or the exploration of Nether fortresses. The pack doesn't look to be updated anymore and the latest version suffers from severe lag issues.

@EricBuist Have you made custom changes to your Agricraft JSON files or the MS3 modpack? The pack updated just a few days ago (after a two month hiatus), but I am able to plant netherwart on soul sand just fine, with or without crop sticks. I have not tried soul snad, is that what you're tripping up on?

Edit: Soul Snad works just fine as well. If I put the nether wart in the dark it grows just as expected. Note that vanilla nether wart does not need darkness to grow.

The tooltip shows correctly for me in both high and low light conditions... do you get the same results when you use the magnifying glass?

Waila should give you the same info as the magnifying glass

apparently they are growing in the darker room, but the tooltip STILL says "this plant can not grow here"

Should be fixed in the rewrite
