[Feature Request][Compatibility]Have vanilla style farming work with Garden-Stuff's tilled Garden Soil

Basically just what the title says. Currently it is possible to plant seeds on the tilled Garden Soil without crop sticks despite the vanilla farming being disabled.

This will now only work if you added that soil to the soil whitelist
