[1.20.1 Forge] Smokestacker doesn't work with Alex's Mobs Tarantula Hawk Elytra

As the title says, the enchantment doesn't seem to work with the elytra from Alex's Mobs, because whenever you shift on a campfire, the HUD element shows up but it doesn't charge up.
