Tilt and Color on Display Panels
You've most likely not the time for so many requests, so this is be submitted as a feature-suggestion which is basically a request (but a bit kinder?), but not as forceful as saying "request" [(:]
Tilting
Simply put, with the wrench, it would be so cool if the player could tilt the displays at intervals of 30 degrees from -60 to +60 degrees like illustrated (poorly) below:
/ -60deg -- cant really be illustrated properly in text here, so just pretend that looks 'tiltier' than the one below :) [4]
/ -30deg
| 0deg (normal)
\ 30deg
\ 60deg
Color
It would be awesome if the displays had color (overrides) for the text/background displays[3] maybe similar or completely different to:
string variable card = "Hello I'm &02green text"
red dye or texture block in hand -> display -> sneak + left-click -> display now has background red
-or-
[1]red dye or block to texture background of display with in off-hand -> display -> click
Closing Note
If this is already a thing by now sorry for my ignorance -- your mod is just really awesome! Seriously, no flaws when it comes to gathering info from mods that properly implement their interfaces![2]_
Notes/Credits:
[1] - Ender Elevators employs this type of coloring of their blocks, so its not too original of an idea for me
[2] - For those reading that don't know, I'm talking about code interfaces that are exported between mods so they can interact in a standard way. I.e.; inventory, power.
[3] - And if you want to be really ambitious, you can do side-to-side, for example, immersive engineering's flood light does this kind of tilting. Industrial display panels back in the day sorta had this, bet yours would be cooler-looking by far though.
[4] - Was going to submit in Unicode so the tilt glyphs look right, but was not sure about any reader's browser supported the same character sets, so kept it at the ASCII level to avoid any confusion. Avoiding use of image links for the same reason.
[5] - I borrowed the color code '&02' as an example from a sign mod that I saw a while back, i think it was bibliocraft fancy signs, which is not included more and more in newer mod packs. The texture idea from ender elevators is more recent, both links are shown below.

If you read the request, thank you so much for your time! Even if you didn't and just deleted it outright :)
Hey, I'm the new maintainer, sorry this suggestion has never been answered. I personally don't 100% understand which screen you want to be able to color and tilt. The book selection screen or something else?
