Another major piece of Northern heritage is footwear for maneuvering the arctic environment.

Describe the solution you'd like
Snowshoes and Mukluks should both be available footwear options with some kind of benefit for snowy environments. Perhaps speed boost and/or step height.

Describe alternatives you've considered
They could just be decorative instead.

snowshoes done in 5c6141b, and mukluks basically finished in bb62537 (still need to update mukluk armor texture)
