Describe the bug
Another Heads up, the Harp Seals and Ptarmigans seem to always appear at spawn, even in a non icy biome; (odd seeing the seals in the Badlands).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create new world and log on.

• Minecraft Version: 1.18.1
• Fabric API Version 0.45.0-1.18
• This Mod's Version: 1.4.1

They are spawning in the river, not the badlands, and are spawning normally. I will remove them from rivers in the future though as seals don't enter riverways
