Conversations in the Discord about lye got me to thinking (that, and Nuclearcraft S'Mores.) We've taken out the 'MILK' item, and this might be a fun sort of 'treat' for players to encourage using the machines.

To make soft pretzels, the dough is treated with a base (most home-bakers use a baking soda solution, but food-grade lye has also been used.)

Recipe of wheat, H2O, Na and OH (or Na, H, and CO3) produces 'Pretzel Dough' item, smelts into 'Soft Pretzel'
I chose the Alchemistry ingredients to avoid having to make new recipes for sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydroxide.
