Items can be inserted into the dissolver output

Using any block that inserts items into inventories inserts the item into the output slots of the dissolver when the input slot is filled.

This shouldn't be possible anymore having been fixed a while ago. Closing this issue, please re-open if you have replication steps for this issue.
