I noticed that the sulfur vials can't be compacted into sulfur dust despite that item being used in many mods (Notably the Thermal Series).

Even without it, compacting them into dust and then into blocks would make an interesting building material.

This is for MC version 1.9.2.

@Timbroglio could look into updating this recipe.
