Ores are missing standard tags (and a few light sources)

I noticed that the few ores this mod adds are missing the forge:ores and forge:ores/type tags.

I also noticed that Jack o' Lanterns and Sea Lanterns don't have the gloomoth_light_sources tag.

Also, the Magnetic Levitation Rail doesn't have the minecraft:rails tag

And the Magnetic Light and Froglight from this mod don't have the Gloomoth block tag.
