This morning, I was downloading some fish mods, when I got the idea of a sort of scanner, I'll call it the Mine Scanner, it acts like a Mine Guardian, except it doesn't explode, instead, it emits a redstone signal! I did want to add some personality to the block, so occasionally, it'll rest, allowing mobs to sneak past, but unless it receives a signal, it'll stay in this resting state. In appearance, it looks like a steel block with spikes in the front, and that signature eyeball.
