[Bug] Nuclear bomb (Nuclear explosion) from Alex's Caves breaks lootr barrels and minecarts with chests.

For more reference, while there is a tag that tests immunity for the blast (which I've recommended this user utilize), Lootr has a configuration option which provides Float.MAX_VALUE for blast resistance; the code, as far as I can tell, doesn't check blast resistance.
Not sure if that's intentional or not, it is a nuclear bomb, after all.
