I have the following issue: the irradiated effect and the submarine floodlight effect turn my screen upside down. This is probally a rendering issue. I had this issue before, but after I removed enchanced visuals it fixed the issue. Until I encountered the same issue with the submarines floodlights and the irradiated effect.

Also the logs only say this:
[Render thread/ERROR]: Signature is missing from Property textures

I don't really know what that means, I think it is a mod incompatible issue with some other mod.

Also the screen alteration by forlorn hollows when watching through a beholder or the cloak of darkness armor set shadow flight effect also cause this.

Found out what was causing the screen flip. It was a night vision goggle mod called "luminous lenses"
