MagnetUtil.tickMagnetism return value is null

Hi,
My server keeps crashing during exploration. I'm using both AlexMobs and AlexCaves, but the problem seems to be related to the AlexCaves mod. I have disabled toxic_caves, magnetic_caves, and abyssal_chasm through the config files since they do not fit my mod pack.
Also, the single-player seems to work fine.
